The significant thing about the first pressing of this record is that it is probably the very first vinyl record not shellac 78 disc containing korean music ever made.

North korean pressings of vinyl records 북한에서 제작된 레코드 like everything else in north korea it is hard to find precise information what vinyl records and possibly 78s standard play records were issued there.
